A romantic two-tier cake decorated with pink buttercream rosettes, crushed pistachios and dried rose petals flowing diagonally across the tiers.
Each tier features three layers of our signature plain sponge, filled with layers of fresh cream and sweet strawberry compote. The cake is finished with smooth Swiss meringue buttercream, accented by hand-crafted rustic grooves for a refined yet natural look.
Serves up to 36 guests.
Please note:
To ensure your cake remains stable, we've used cake dowels in the bottom tier and a cake board beneath the top tier. Please remove these carefully before serving.
We chill our freshly baked cakes to lock in their quality and ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Simply keep in the fridge for 4-8 hours to enjoy at their best.
