Please note: To lock in freshness and ensure your cake arrives in perfect condition, we’ll freeze it before delivery. Simply defrost in the fridge for 8 hours to enjoy it at its best.

All of our orders are hand-baked and hand-finished for you. Before delivery, we freeze your cake and pack it in dry ice so that it stays fresh and looks immaculate when you serve it.
To enjoy your cake, simply defrost in the fridge for a minimum of eight hours before serving. Or defrost in the fridge overnight to enjoy the next day.
In the unlikely event it’s not devoured at once, you can store your cake in the fridge for up to 2 days.
