Three layers of light vanilla sponge are gently enhanced with a delicate rose-flavoured sugar syrup, adding moisture and a subtle floral aroma. Between each layer is a generous filling of pistachio cream, with nibbed pistachios giving the cake a nutty richness and a lighter tint within the layers.
The top and sides are styled with gentle ripples, creating a handcrafted, artisanal texture. Small pink rose-shaped cream swirls and half pistachio slices are arranged as delicate leaves, while the sides are sprinkled with rose petals and pistachio crumbs for texture and visual contrast. Elegant, refined, and perfect for celebrations or gifting.

All of our orders are hand-baked and hand-finished for you. Before delivery, we freeze your cake and pack it in dry ice so that it stays fresh and looks immaculate when you serve it.
To enjoy your cake, simply defrost in the fridge for a minimum of eight hours before serving. Or defrost in the fridge overnight to enjoy the next day.
In the unlikely event it?s not devoured at once, you can store your cake in the fridge for up to 2 days.�
