
Pistachio & Rose Mini Cake
Two layers of soft vanilla sponge, filled with pistachio paste and pistachio compound cream, soaked with rose-flavored syrup. Pistachio crumbs are added between the layers and on top. The top layer is finished with vanilla-flavored cream piping and a delicate pipette filled with rose coulis, garnished with rose petals and pistachio crumbs.

All of our orders are hand-baked and hand-finished for you. Before delivery, we freeze your cake and pack it in dry ice so that it stays fresh and looks immaculate when you serve it.
To enjoy your cake, simply defrost in the fridge for a minimum of eight hours before serving. Or defrost in the fridge overnight to enjoy the next day.
In the unlikely event it?s not devoured at once, you can store your cake in the fridge for up to 2 days.�
