



Red Velvet Rouge
Decadent three layers of red velvet sponge are lightly soaked with delicate vanilla-flavoured sugar syrup, enhancing moisture and a subtle floral aroma. Each sponge layer is generously filled with vanilla cream and a spread of fresh strawberries, creating a perfect balance of richness and fruity freshness.
The cake is coated on the top and sides with smooth vanilla cream, decorated with round sprinkles along the top and bottom edges. Finished with a central chocolate button and fresh strawberry halves, this cake is a showstopping centerpiece for any celebration.

All of our orders are hand-baked and hand-finished for you. Before delivery, we freeze your cake and pack it in dry ice so that it stays fresh and looks immaculate when you serve it.
To enjoy your cake, simply defrost in the fridge for a minimum of eight hours before serving. Or defrost in the fridge overnight to enjoy the next day.
In the unlikely event it?s not devoured at once, you can store your cake in the fridge for up to 2 days.�
