At Heriots, we don't use artificial pistachio flavouring. We roast premium pistachios in-house, grind them into our own rich pistachio paste, and gently fold it through our signature fresh cream. The result is a naturally nutty, velvety filling that's beautifully balanced rather than overly sweet.
